ARC Request

Planning an exterior improvement to your home is an exciting part of homeownership, and the Fallbrook HOA is here to help make the process as smooth and clear as possible. Before work begins, homeowners are required to submit a Home Improvement Application to the Architectural Review Committee for review and written approval.

This review process helps protect each homeowner’s rights, preserve property values, and maintain the charm, appearance, and welcoming character of our neighborhood. The requirement is outlined in the Fallbrook Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, including Articles VI and VII, which govern architectural standards and approval requirements for exterior improvements.

Please remember that HOA approval is separate from any permits or inspections that may be required by the Town of Flower Mound. Depending on the type of project, homeowners may also need to obtain permits from the Town before work begins. It is each homeowner’s responsibility to confirm whether Town permits are required for their specific improvement.  Please see the Town’s website for the specific permit requirements: www.flowermound.gov/1857/Residential-Permit-Guidelines

As a neighborly courtesy, we also encourage homeowners to let nearby neighbors know about upcoming construction, expected timelines, contractor access needs, or any temporary disruptions. A little communication goes a long way in helping Fallbrook remain a friendly, respectful, and well-cared-for community.

Thank you for helping protect the beauty and value of our neighborhood and for doing your part to make Fallbrook a wonderful place to call home.
